I am a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I completed my undergraduate degree in English at Trinity College, my Master’s degree at New York University, and my doctoral studies at City University of New York, and post-doctoral training at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. In these settings, I trained with experts in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other evidence-based interventions. Following training, I served as faculty at Weill Cornell Medical Center and Columbia University Medical Center in New York, and at University Hospitals/Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. I have published over 15 papers and book chapters, and have presented on a range of topics related to mental health.
